Hi, Frazier

Rather than e-mail you as suggested, I’d like to keep this conversation here in the forum if you don’t mind. I think we all need to see what’s happening at GW if anyone if going to think about changing their opinion of the program.

Transparency is key for you at the moment. Rightly or wrongly, the last thing you want right now is affililates thinking that certain affiliates will get preferential treatment and the bulk of affiliates getting sub-standard service. I’m not saying that WOULD be the case – but if we’re all having private chats via e-mail then it could easily look that way.

Back to my question about the no deposit issue. The stats don’t tie up with what you said should happen.

I created a player account at Cirrus UK through my affiliate link. I received the no deposit bonus. For a start, it should have been £25 but it was in fact $25, so it was nearer to £12.50 than £25.

I lost the $25, except for a few cents. Here are my stats now:

Number of Clickthroughs: 6
Number of Downloaders: 1
Number of Players: 1
Number of New Depositors: 0
Total Initial Deposits: £0.00
Total Deposits: £0.00
Net Win: £0.00
Coupon Amounts Awarded: £25.00
Manager Credit Amounts Awarded: £0.00
ChargeBacks: £0.00
Net Profit: (Net Win – Coupons – Credits – Chargebacks) £-25.00
Amount Deducted: £0.00
Amount Miscellaneous Adjustments: £0.00
Amount Added For Reversed Bans: £0.00
Amount Earned: £-7.50
Amount Earned From Tiers: £0.00
Amount Accrued This Period: £-7.50

As you can see, although no money has been won or lost, I’m in the red by £7.50.

That, of course, is not good. Add to that the fact that my stats show £7.50 in the hole for only £12.50 worth of play (which was lost anyway) and it gets rather yucky.

Over to you. Thanks for being here to address these issues.
