This is an answer for both Inspiration and AllFreeChips:
I hope this helps: We asked some of the managers at our casino partners to explain more about manager credits and debits. Here’s the gist of this:
Casino managers have the authority to issue manager credits to any player for a variety of reasons – for example, being a continuous re-depositor, playing a wide variety of games, etc… manager credits (or manager bonuses) are exactly what they sound like – a bonus given by a casino manager to a player.
Manager deductions, or debits, we are informed are the reverse – amounts deducted by casino managers for a varierty of reasons – for example, a player takes a specific promotion with a $2,000 limit on cash outs, but wins $3,000. When the player requests a cash-out, the $1,000 over the limit for that promotion may be deducted as a manager debit. Another example would be a manager deduction if a player plays in games that are excluded from a specific promotion or bonus, or if a player is found to have multiple accounts and takes multiple free chip offers with the same promotion code… these are all examples of how manager deductions are used. (Thanks to the managers at CoolCatCasino.com for helping with these answers!)
