2. Promotions tab: You use some RED TITLES on this page, that seem to break it up into sections.
BUT SOME ARE ALL CAPS
And some are not
And Some Have Every Word Start With A Cap

If you had a consistent way to separate different sections of the bonus information, it would be helpful.

Let me focus on one paragraph from that page:

Quote:
Maximum Level of Play:

Players must wager at least 12 times the amount of their deposit in order to cash out any winnings. Also the bonus money must be wagered the same amount of times as the deposit in order to be able to cash out. The bonus will also kick in once you spend 95% of your deposit. Players who attempt to cash out any winnings prior to having met the wagering requirements will have the bonus canceled and the withdrawal request declined, this process cannot be undone. Wagers made on Roulette or Craps do not count towards meeting your wagering requirements. Playing these games before meeting the wagering criteria will void the bonus. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn and once credited it must be put into play. Any winnings made from bonus moneys are subject to wagering and withdrawal rules. Wagers made on Black Jack are subject to a 20 time wagering requirement on both the deposit and the bonus in order to cash out any winnings. Payouts requested before meeting the wagering criteria will not be processed. Due to on going bonus abuse, players from Germany, Denmark, Israel, Great Brittan, and Finland are subject to wager 20 times the amount of their deposit and bonus before a withdrawal can be requested. These players are also limited to a $500 per day maximum unless cleared by our fraud and finance management.

This is really hard to read, and some of it is hard to understand.
Recomendations:
First, the bolded title does not seem to apply in any way to the rest of the paragraph, which is the core of your bonus rules, and not about maximum play levels. Change the bolded title to BONUS RULES.
Second, Split it up into numbered or bulleted sentences like this:

1. Players must wager at least 12 times the amount of their deposit in order to cash out any winnings.
2. Also the bonus money must be wagered the same amount of times as the deposit in order to be able to cash out.
3. The bonus will also kick in once you spend 95% of your deposit.
4. Players who attempt to cash out any winnings prior to having met the wagering requirements will have the bonus canceled and the withdrawal request declined, this process cannot be undone.
5. Wagers made on Roulette or Craps do not count towards meeting your wagering requirements. Playing these games before meeting the wagering criteria will void the bonus.
6. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn and once credited it must be put into play. Any winnings made from bonus moneys are subject to wagering and withdrawal rules.
7. Wagers made on Black Jack are subject to a 20 time wagering requirement on both the deposit and the bonus in order to cash out any winnings.
8. Payouts requested before meeting the wagering criteria will not be processed.

You should probably re-order the items so that similar things (like no craps and 20X for blackjack) are grouped together.

Some of the items should also be re-worded to be more clear. For example:
#2 says the bonus money must be wagered 12X before cashing it out, but #6 says bonus money cannot be withdrawn. This is confusing. Can it be cashed out or not? An example might be helpful in making your meaning more plain.
#3 is very confusing. From playing at Winward I think it means the bonus moves from unqualified to qualified, but I never see what the difference is between a qualified and unqualified bonus anywhere on the website.
#4 and #8 are about the same thing, but one says you get your bonus cancelled and the other says you just will not get your cashout.
#6 is confusing. What does it mean bonus “must be put into play” and winnings are subject to “wagering and withdrawal rules”? Which rules? Again, an example might be useful.
