Only a glance, it seemed fine. I just happen to like income access. Maybe just because I am familiar with it, so I said it’s a matter of preference.
And yes, Income Access is an agency. 
I just figured the software is what weblight was looking for.
Maybe we should wait for weblight to clarify….
