Yes we enquired about this 3 months ago and the process was a total nightmare. Their affiliate person said they knew it was and they hoped to make it better in time, but it’s like being back in the 1980’s at the moment 
Hmmm…anyone else remember how they filled their time before the Interweb arrived? If I lived on my own I doubt I’d need a TV anymore except for watching soccer and golf, and even that I can view online lol!
