I was an affiliate myself as a hobby before being an affiliate manager.
True that it did help to get the AM role. This is a plus to know affiliates’ needs.
I reckon i would now do much better should i create the time to set up some websites today :wink-wink ! I would certainly also be much more motivated when i see what some of my affiliates earn.
As of today i find the AM role rewarding and i enjoy it. But who knows, it could be nice to get back on the affiliate side one of these days…
