By now this is common knowledge. If you’re interested in finding out more, there are some threads on 2+2 forums, for example – but here are the facts in short :
-Poker Trillion, a small IPN skin launched in 2007, has been consistently breaking the network rules, and as a result their contract has been terminated
-The only source mentioning lawsuits, garnishing orders etc. is a press release by Poker Trillion, which has also been published by some of their affiliates.
-Every player on every other IPN site is able to deposit&withdraw normally
-Poker Trillion recently announced a move to the tiny Everleaf network. They are desperate to keep their players.
..and frankly, you might want to do the math yourself. If there is a lawsuit, and a garnishing order, it would be for the assets owed to Poker Trillion, and that would not affect any other skin on the network in any way.
