I did send 5 different emails to you and am surprised none of them got through. We’ve never had problems with email before…

In one of the emails I mentioned that when I update my banking details for Vegas Parter and/or Golden Star – You guys seem to pull the payment information from another source (you don’t appear to check the banking details each payment cycle). I’ve had QT selected for a while now and for some reason you are still trying to send it via PaySpark.

It might be a good idea to check everyone’s details each payment run so this situation doesn’t happen too often.
