IMO the decriminalize marijuana law will come to pass sooner than later. Why not make revenue off it rather than costing tax payers money to control something that they will NEVER get a handle on.
I have yet to read or hear where someone went on a killing rampage or something crazy due to smoking pot.
Currently there are states that allow the use of it for medial reasons and pushing for this.
