The issue has been resolved.
The chargeback as you see it appearing in your stats for March is the correct amount. The incorrect amounts from Jan and Feb will be added as an adjustment to your March stats and therefore your next payment will sort out everything.
There were 10 other affiliates affected by this issue and the same shall be happening on their accounts.
