This is unbelievable. It turned out that the reason I haven’t got paid was because their finance dep wired my commission to an old bank account, which I have long updated in my profile AS WELL AS my invoice. This has happened twice and I wonder why they make us go through the hassle of completing invoices IF they never bother to read its instructions?
I already know what their replies would be… that there’s nothing they can do and that I would have to wait ’til next month – which I predict they will make the same mistake again and I’ll just end up never seeing my payment.
I am contemplating on ceasing traffic to them until their finance team get their acts together.
