To be honest, I was immediately overwhelmed with banners and and images on the site when I visited it and really didn’t know where to go. There is not much of a natural flow of ideas on the site and a clear direction for visitors to go. There are about 4 to 5 calls to action and when a new visitor has that many choices, many times they can just get overwhelmed and leave.
I know most visitors do not like to have to scroll within a page as you have a couple boxes with scrolls. I would take these out altogether.
I just think it can be organized better so that first time visitors can focus on what they are looking for.
