Professor is correct in the fact that it is a poker room issue, I will however try to ensure that this is resolved from my end as well.

I understand the casinos/poker rooms and affiliate programs like to be considered as separate entities. But I look at it kind of like a store selling products and you happen to get one that’s defective. If it’s a decent store, you should be able to return that defective Sony TV at the same store you got it from and get a new tv, your money back or get yours fixed. The store you got the TV from isn’t going to tell you it’s not their problem, you need to contact Sony. Not at first anyway.

Affiliate programs sell the casino as a product and I think have some responsibility in being reputable to make a little effort outside their job description when an occasional player issue passes their desk.

Thanks MarvynH. It’s good to know you’re there and willing to do what you can. I think Click2pay can be a little difficult for some people to communicate with at times so your help from the Poker Room side of things, is very nice.
