imho, unless you are running a good sized poker forum and/or have updated literature on poker strategy and the likes, you are better off with CPA as most players will just lose money and not play much afterwards…
for casinos, you are much better off with revenue share in the long run. your potential earnings could be 10x if not 100x bigger than CPA…
