Did you contact pokertime as well? This might be an issue where your click2pay data was stolen and used to deposit into pokertime where the person in control of that poker account would fraudulently lose it to another player and then cashout. I believe most major poker software providers halt suspicious activity like this but it would help to contact pokertime as well. They should have the IP from the computer it was used to do this and if it is indeed linked to another poker account then there are 2 ips on the system that can be matched. Ultimately that account is linked to a real person who must go through the process to withdraw the money. And if that is the case you want pokertime to tip off all their payment processors on both users to prevent them from completing their transaction. At least this is what it sounds like to me.
In the meantime I would change your passwords for both click2pay and pokertime.
