Glad to hear you got the affiliates accounts closed! I was looking into this in hopes to help you, yesterday shortly after you posted. I had a whole bunch of links and such pasted in my notepad. Unfortunately, just about when I had what I thought was enough infor to help you, my dam internet went down. I didn’t even get the chance to save what was on my notepad. I was sooo pissed because it did take me a few hours to compile the info.
