Honestly, if this 60-day change is actually designed to screw rackback affiliates then I’ll be the first to congratulate Full Tilt Poker.
If rackback affiliates are introducing active new players to FullTilt then this shouldn’t be an issue for them. Surely “big” poker players that know and want rackback have the ability to deposit inside 60 days? hmmm ?
However if (as expected) many of the “new” players are actually existing Full Tilt players who are then transfering money from their old accounts (and therefore don’t need to deposit) then perhaps this rule change will serve to minimise the poaching of existing players by removing the economic benefits to the poachers …
An accidental benefit for normal affiliates of this new rule?
I’ll happily forgo my “slow to deposit” players if it also means that whales that I introduce to FullTilt will stay tagged to me account.
