a carry-over is just that. added or carried over to the next month’s income. so if you had earned money but not enough to meet the minumum for payouts then they carry over that over and it is added to the next month’s income.
so if the following month you have a winner then that’s going to come out of the income that is due to you … which I’m sorry to say would include your previous month’s carry over.
