I would hope that it belongs to an affiliate, as cross-promoting without giving the affiliate credit is essentially stealing, and the practice is considered unacceptable by most (if not all) affiliates who work very hard to get those leads in the first place.
I usually add sub-campaigns to all my casino coins links/banners. Last year some time I noticed a real money player from a campaign that was not one I created. I inquired and Nick indicated that is was from a cross promotion. Hopfully that policy has not changed since.
