These two guys 
took the casinos over from Brian and apparently honestly didn’t know that all that money in the bank wasn’t an asset but the funds required by micro to cover winners and affs.
So they got booted by ecogra and microgaming took the licences back.
The casinos remain open so far although there is evidence of them being moved, i.e. some games not functional and carrying the sign: try again later.
I happen to know that there are buy offers on the table so I hardly think Micro will close the casinos. At least not as of yet.
