I also got the class action suit email. It was fairly obvious at the time that 90% of the traffic was fraudulent. But you have to prove the fraud… and I doubt many of us have kept our logs from back then. Not too sure if its worth the hassle especially considering it just means we’ll get more credits at findwhat which gets even less traffic then back in the day.
