I’m aware of the learning curves involved which is why we have not been jumping up and down.
But lets start with the main ones.
1) The Sports promotional archive hasn’t been updated since November 7th. This copy helps generate interest in BetFred as a site.

2) We are not on an automatic payment or invoice system of any sorts – and generally we invoice BetFred quarterly. We cannot access our sports stats (for some reason it wasn’t possible with out setyup) and so are reliant on receiving monthly summaries from BetFred. February’s report (for January) never arrived.
If you can take a look at these two first and we will go from there.
