I agree. I’m not entirely sure, and this is certainly no excuse, but I think a lot of the T&C documents are put together by the software providers as a template, which each casino can modify to serve their needs. If no customization occurs, rules such as this remain intact.
Again, I’m not sure if this is the case or not, but there is a lot of consistency between the T&C’s of competing cookie-cutter casinos who use the same software provider. The logical conclusion is that the software providers are the source of the protectionist/predatory rules.
