I lived in Clark AB for a year in 1997. The Americans had been gone about 6 years and the Casino i worked in was the old Officers club i believe. They turned the whole base into a resort style duty free zone. It was still quite eerie living there at the time as a lot of the old houses were in ruin and covered in volcanic ash from Pinatubo.
