The “net profit” in the Traffic summary is more of a “gross profit” number, as it does not take into consideration: bonus amounts, chip drops, or bad debt.
The size of this difference can vary depending on how many bonus hunters are coming in off your account, how many registrations and therefore $5 bonus chips given, how much bonus we decide to give away as special promotions to new or existing customers, etc. We obviously do not pay commissions off of bonuses lost back to the casino.
The “Net profit” in the earnings report, is a true net profit number as it takes all of these things into consideration and adjusts accordingly.
