Yep that’s right Engineer! Sorry for the delay. We state in our Terms ‘by the 14th of the month” Usually we do have them out by about the 7th on average (which is what you are all used to 
)
I am advised by a more than reliable source in our Finance Department that payments will be received shortly by all who had them for Jan.
