We do make every effort to ensure the programs listed here provide reputable casinos and poker rooms to play at, but as I said our primary interface with them is on the affiliate side.
There are a number of excellent player resources online who do have the necessary contacts with player support managers at the casinos, Casinomeister is our favorite one so I suggest you make amends there and post a “PAB”.
