I have Gone one better and credited The player $200.
Its in her account Now Please notify her.
I agree things like this Should Be handled correctly the first time Each Consultant has there Own way Of handeling Things But they have to go to Supervisors First to get It approved.
We will do our Best To Make sure We do Not mail Her again as she is Not eligible for These promotions and was sent a mail in error.
