I’ll send you the player info via PM , but your support people should be doing this regardless (as AFC said – you shouldn’t mess with players that have deposited based on something you have offered – mistake or not). It’s just a good relations thing! (in the least you should offer otherwise to refund their deposit [only if they lost!] but neither way was offered!)
Not all your players have affiliates that they can go to in order to chase-up things like this.
