I promoted Cashwave in a very small way some years ago (and also removed them some years ago) but was still getting payment up until last year.
They did have a dodgy reputation with players (I don’t know about now) – but my experience as an affiliate was always positive.
I think patience is the key here. I’m surprised, however, that you have Paypal as a payment option since Paypal haven’t dealt with gambling sites for many years.
