HI

We had MGS investigate the reports and all seesm 100% the reports are updating on a System level but there could be an issue with your Individual accounts Id like to make sure that is not the case so please provide me with your account Logins.(reecc & Bonustreak)

PROBLEMS PLEASE TRY THE FOLLOWING IF NONE OF THIS HELPS THEN WE ARE STUMPED AND THE PROBLEM IS ISOLATED TO VERY FEW PEOPLE SO ALL I CAN SUGGEST IS ANY TIME YOU NEED A REPORT I WILL PULL IT FOR YOU AND MAIL YOU ON REQUEST JUST SEND ME A MAIL TO [email protected]

))Always wait for Quick stats to appear before trying to view reports
2)Delete your cookies
3)deletes your internet files
4)If you use an external Proxy (ISP) internet service provider contact them and ask them to clear your cookies and Cache on their end
5)if you use a local proxy then you need to contact the administrator and ask them to do this as well.
6) Try to disable the popup blocker in Symantec Internet Security if you have that enabled.
7) We had people with the same issue who used IE’s blocker and also that of Goggles Toolbar, so disabling it in Symantec fixed This issue.
If you are unsure of where it is, it’s in the Anti spam section, under status and settings, under ad blocking.
A simple way to test it is to log in, disable Norton for the standard 5 minutes and then follow the stats link and see if it works….
8) if you use another anti virus software try disable this and view the reports while it is disabled
9)make sure your PC allows you to see all POP UPS so disable any pop up blockers you may have
