I think some programs inflate the amount of clicks also 
I’ve noticed that with my click tracker, the affiliate programs that ALWAYS have quite a few more clicks than I have outbound are: Affiliate programs with a Playtech backend.
Not sure why, but it is always the case. Even with 0 clicks, they always somehow register anywhere from 3-10.
