The list you are referring to is a list of subscribed people who sign up for these sorts of promotional material which comes from a third party subscriber company.
All the terms and conditions are listed on our website, I believe the issue could stem from the fact that the CD and offer letter were sent in English to a Danish address where terms can be mixed up in translation.
It seems the article was not very well researched and the fact is that the people complaining actally won on the free hour and then went on to purchase in order to redeem the winnings.
