Personally, I think it is in bad taste to ask anyone to vote for you no matter if this is for ‘Affiliate Program of the Year’, ‘Affiliate Manager of the Year’, ‘Affiliate of the Year’, or any other such ‘honor’.
I think it basically invalidates the award itself and becomes more of a farce than anything.
Sorry if that sounds negative, but it’s just my opinion of the whole deal. It quite quickly became a popularity contest, it seems.
