A better quality casino/Hotel than Harrahs in Vegas is their sister Bally’s, the remodeled section is nice, prices are low and comps are given freely and apply to all Harrah’s properties. The Paris is nicer yet but not as generous. Comps you earn there are applicable at all Harrah’s properties nation wide, so if you have Harrah’s comps locally, they will be useable in Vegas.
Harrah’s itself is pretty dumpy in Vegas. I hear they are remodeling too, and boy do they need it. Those old carpets are downright scary at places.
