Damn good article! I though gambling was legal in all but the 11 states and the law was on the transferring of funds. Did I miss something? There was another thread on this subject and the Professor brought up the fact that Microsoft was going to fund ads that gambling was illegal. If I’m not mistaken the government is pushing that gambling is illegal, but in fact it is not.
