Hi, Tribun. Actually, Nicolas answers to my messages in the GW internal ticket system in my aff account. This was last week. I do not contact him later, but today I have received a monthly newsletter from him. Very interesting newsletter. Let me show you one sentence from it:
“Plus, I, Nicolas Johnson, will personally take care of any player issues you may have.”
I dont know, how this will works, but if this is the way to the GW casinos responsibility this is a good news.
