Gaming System (http://www.sportfanatik.com/): Owed since Jan 07, tried contacting them many times to no avail.
True Earnings: Regular payments stopped Sep 07, now no contact.
123 Bingo: Stopped paying Feb 07, payment may be close as I have managed to contact them and they are promising payment.
American Grand: Not paid since I tried them Feb 07, emails go unanswered.
Others that I have noticed people having trouble with:
VIP Lounge: Had trouble with payments the first few months but all seems to be sorted now and have been paid twice.
