I have experienced similar things and realised that it was actually a banner with smiley faces on it… If i remember correctly myspace has these banners sometimes…
Basically the smiley faces on the banners start talking.. it freaked me out…
Not sure if thats the case with yours, but if I find another one of those banners I’ll post the url here.
Ill do some searching too to see if I can find anything related for you.
