Dear more4me (and fellow affiliates)
I was taken by surprise with your post and I am really disappointed with the way you have handled this query. I have gone through all the channels to assist you in paying out your earnings to you and I have been sincere in my concern for Alexander, and I understand the difficulty you are going through as I have pets of my own.
As you know, I have offered to pay you with an alternative method, as I am willing to help you in any way I can under the circumstances, to get your earnings to you quicker, as there was a delay, but you replied that you only had QT available. On every request and email I have followed up as much as I can with the processor, who informed me that everything was on its way, and I replied to every email you sent.
However, this morning we have been informed that there has been a problem with our processor in paying QT payments to the US and we are doing what we can to sort it out for all our affiliates that are affected by this.
My affiliates know that I go the extra mile and give my best service wherever possible and comments like “What really sickens me is some of these affiliate programs” is not necessary on a post like this.
I apologize to you and to everyone who is awaiting their QT payment, and for the inconvenience this has caused all of you. If you do have alternative payment methods, please send me your details so that we can pay you this morning.
