I’ve been in contact with splinterfree and have cleared up the misunderstanding, as I mentioned before we do offer bank transfer for all countries.

We process bank transfers in the currency of your choice therefore there will not be any expense to our affiliates for the transfer.
We are in the process of bringing our affiliate payment options in line with our customer payment ones, so we will have a multitude of options to suit every affiliate.
