You have two seperate issues here…
1. “Lost” Players
You claim to have an issue of lost players from the migration to Commission Account. Once again, please email us at [email protected], so we can look into this again.
2. Multiple user Accounts
If you have opened up multiple user accounts, this is fraud as per the Terms and Conditions. We are willing to discuss this with support, but this will depend on them completely.
