I do all of the above and find every month different. Referback, Fortune and CR all rock some months and are average on others. The only ones I have consistently below average but doing something is CPS, and they have been picking up some lately. Vegas affiliates does well lately, Vegas partner stinks most months and I have removed golden star from all good positions, they suck for me.
To cover all the micros, wagershare was great before they moved out of US, now they perform only some months but on those they do very well, they do a good job with european players.
I don’t do much Roxy anymore.
