thanks so much guys, i made the same offer to the person who wrote this, forget me selling i will find and investor and come back and buy at these prices. i am starting to think it might have been better to post somewhere where a lot of sites are for sale and people know how to value things. can anybody tell me about a site like that.

from the replies i have recieved so far i can just tell that not a lot of sites are sold here, why would people sell at what is being offered?
