A few weeks ago, a program (not Rewards) accidentally sent my commissions to someone else’s QT account. Maybe this is what happened to you? I got the transaction information from the affiliate program, and I noticed that the recipient QT account number wasn’t mine. I emailed the program, and they sorted it out within 24 hours.
Also, worth checking — payments from Rewards show up (for me, anyway) as being from “Captain Cooks USD” or “Yukon Gold USD” — not “Rewards Affiliates.”
