I can’t be completely sure until I get the letter from the bank and the returned checks sent back to me but I am pretty sure its not that. None of my other checks got returned and these 2 checks are always from the same bank. I get checks from a couple other casino affiliate programs and no problems yet. Also I don’t see why the UIEGA would affect me receiving payments only stopping outgoing payments.
