Actually, I had a Bingo club sort of like that ( set up differently but the same principle) for several years and I discontinued it a few months ago. I may well reopen it once the US situation resolves.
While I am an ardent defender of intellectual property rights and go after copiers with a vengeance, I don’t see much of a case here.
It’s a business model, and the economy is built upon businesses with the same model competing. Two lemonade stands at different corners of the street.
If there were any actual copying of content, you’d have a lot of venues to resolve it.
