Hello Gabriel,

I just logged into c-planet.com and found that my wire transfer info had not been entered into the system although I emailed it in, quite some time ago before the launch of c-planet.com

When I tried to enter my info into the system, I received the following error messages:

Settings > Payment Methods > Wire Transfer

Bank Postal Code should be 5 to 32 characters long.
Account Number should be 10 to 32 characters long.

Settings > Affiliate Settings > Address > Postal Code

Postal Code should be 5 to 32 characters long.

In Australia, there are only 4 digit postal codes, and 6 digit bank account numbers.

Furthermore, according to https://www.c-planet.com/Faq#q13

Q. How do I receive my money?
A. Affiliates are paid monthly via one of three options:
– Check – no fee
– Click2pay
– Wire Transfer

However, the affiliate control panel only gives us 2 payment options: Check and Wire Transfer.

Settings > Payment Methods > Select Payment Options [Wire Transfer or Check]

Given the fact that I still haven’t received or heard back from anyone regarding my August commission, and I’m doubtful as to whether I will be receiving my September commission anytime soon, since my wire transfer info isn’t even in your system, I will be downgrading all Rushmore Casino listings to very basic, standard listings and giving the top positions to sponsors that convert just as well, without the payment issues.

I’m sorry if I sound a bit harsh, but some of us rely soley on these commission payments to pay our bills.
