Thanks for the tips guys – one quick question about Full Tilt (and possibly other merchants too).
I notice they give you the option of choosing between CPA plan and a Percentage Revenue Plan.
Is this a decision that can be changed in the future, or once you’ve made your choice do you have to stick with it?
