Where is the majority of your traffic from? My understanding, unless it’s changed is that since the end of February they are no longer accepting any US or Canadian players. If the North American market is where a lot of your traffic originates, this could be the reason for bad conversions. Also FYI, they pay affiliates quarterly. If you do get conversions, don’t expect to get your commission more than 4 times a year.
